Game Over Escape Rooms Wilmington - Non-Refundable Policy and Event Timing

Please note, all reservations are non-refundable if you do not show up for your scheduled event at Game Over Escape Room Wilmington NC. By booking your adventure, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Each escape room experience lasts 60 minutes. If you or your party arrive late, your game time will be reduced accordingly to avoid impacting the next group. We want everyone to enjoy their full experience, so please arrive on time! Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or compensation for time lost due to lateness.

The Phone Numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you have consented to receive text messages from GAME OVER Escape Rooms, you may receive SMS communications related to your reservation or inquiry, including Booking confirmations, reservation reminders, schedule updates, customer service messages, and follow-ups.
Promotional offers: If you have separately opted in to receive marketing SMS messages, you may also receive promotional offers, special events, discounts, and other marketing communications from GAME OVER Escape Rooms. Marketing SMS consent is separate from consent to receive transactional or service-related messages.
For example: “Hello, thank you for contacting GAME OVER Escape Rooms. How can we help you? Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.”

Opt-In: Customer will Opt-In for SMS messaging from GAME OVER Escape Rooms through web forms on Our Website - Contact Us. This agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
