A full payment is required to secure your game. All bookings are non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking time. Each participant must have a signed waiver, and guests under 18 must have one completed by a guardian.

No-Show Policy:
If you miss your reservation without prior notice, it will be marked as a no-show and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. We understand that life happens! If there were extenuating circumstances, contact us within 24 hours — while we can’t guarantee accommodations, we’ll gladly review your situation fairly.

An escape room is a live-action puzzle adventure where your team works together to solve clues, unlock secrets, and complete your mission — all within 60 minutes! It’s part mystery, part teamwork, and 100% fun.

All of our rooms are linear, meaning you’ll solve puzzles one at a time in sequence. Teamwork and communication are key!

Absolutely! We welcome kids ages 3 and up. Parents are encouraged to join younger players for the best experience. If a parent prefers not to play, they may stay nearby in the lobby during the game.

Yes, pricing is per person regardless of age. Children under 3 are not permitted inside the rooms.

Our insurance requires all participants to complete a waiver before playing. Save time — sign your waiver online before you arrive!

Nope! You’re never truly locked in. Each room has an emergency exit button so you can leave anytime — safety first, always.

Phones and smartwatches must stay in lockers during your game to preserve the experience (and avoid spoilers!). If you need your phone for medical or childcare reasons, please let us know in advance.

No food or drinks are allowed inside the rooms. If you have a medical need for water, please let our staff know ahead of time. Water bottles can be stored in lockers. No alcohol is permitted inside.

Each room fits 2–8 players comfortably. For larger groups, just give us a call — we’re happy to help arrange accommodations.

Yes! Every game is a private experience — your group only, no strangers.

As many as you need! We offer unlimited hints to keep the fun going.

We’ll do our best to get you started! If you arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, you can still play, but your session may be shortened so we stay on schedule for the next group.

Not all! Only Horror Circus is designed to be scary. Our upcoming Haunted Mansion will be another spooky adventure — coming soon!

Our rooms require a minimum of two players. Escape rooms are all about teamwork — trust us, it’s more fun with a partner!

Nope! For everyone’s comfort and safety, we do not use live actors in any of our rooms
